Ginger S.
Franchise Owner
Ginger Swift is the co-owner of the Denver, Greenwood Village-Centennial, Boulder and Fort Collins Jovie offices. After working through college (BS in Psychology) as a part-time and summer nanny, and a successful professional career in sales, marketing and recruiting, Ginger knew she wanted more. She wanted to truly make a difference and matching Colorado families with caring, reliable and trustworthy nannies and sitters has become her life-long passion. A veteran in the industry, Ginger began working in the in-home nanny and sitter business in 1994 as the founder of ABC Nannies & Domestics, Inc. Over 20 years later, she and her business partner, Jami, realized the need for a technologically innovative, high-quality sitter placement service in Colorado. She is proud to have joined the Jovie family in 2017. When not working on growing her businesses, Ginger focuses her time and expertise on improving the business practices of in-home placement agencies across the country as the acting President of the Association of Premier Nanny Agencies (APNA) and a former board member of the International Nanny Association (INA).
Jami D.
Franchise Owner
Jami Dennis is the co-owner of the Denver, Greenwood Village-Centennial, Boulder and Fort Collins Jovie franchises. Originally from the plains of Eastern Colorado/Western Nebraska, this busy working mom leads her businesses with the same core values that guided her Midwest upbringing: integrity, a strong work ethic, a focus high-quality results. With over 15+ years of professional experience in the nanny and sitter industry (also the owner of ABC Nannies & Domestics, Inc), personal experience as a mother and nanny employer for 8+ years, as well as her education (BA and MA from University of Colorado…go Buffs!) make her the perfect person to lead her offices. When not working or carpooling, Jami is active in the nanny industry. Since 2009, she's sat on the board of directors of Association of Premier Nanny Agencies. She's passionate about raising the bar in the industry across the board, continuing education opportunities for nannies and sitters, ethical business practices, and supporting other women-owned, small businesses in Colorado.

Meet Ashli Hagan, our dedicated Family Placement Manager, at Jovie of Denver, Greenwood Village-Centennial, Boulder-Fort Collins. With a deep-rooted passion for connecting families with exceptional care, Ashli is your go-to for temporary, short-term and backup childcare. Her journey in this field started early, and her background speaks volumes. Ashli holds a double degree from the University of Colorado at Boulder (go Buffs!). Her career ignited as a lead teacher, then Assistant Director, at CU’s Family Housing Children’s Center. For nearly a decade Ashli made meaningful connections working as both a Long-term Placement Counselor and Corporate Backup Care Coordinator with our sister company, ABC. After a break to raise her own two children - she's a proud mom of two successful, thriving young men - we were delighted to welcome Ashli back to the team! You can trust Ashli to understand your needs; whether you're a parent who needs part-time in-home childcare, a business owner looking for backup daycare staffing, or a bride planning care for your wedding day - she gets it. With a calm, friendly disposition and a strong mid-West work ethic, we are thrilled to have Jessica coordinating our ever-growing Babysitting and Corporate Backup Care Departments. As our Staffing Coordinator for nearly a decade, Jessica manages our ever-growing team of pre-screened, experienced nannies and babysitters and assists in supporting our private and backup care families through expert staffing. In addition to her hands-on experience in the role, Jess also boasts 15+ years of customer service experience and a background in Education. Additionally, she's a mother of two grown children, and she truly understands the importance of high-quality childcare, whether the nanny is in a family's home a day, a week or a month.
